Extreme Endurance Triathletes Paddy Montgomery and Seamus Crawford must be hugely congratulated for completing the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Rowing Race on the 22nd January. This ocean row in their concept boat Saddle Sand Sea was the last leg of their gargantuan quest to compete in three extreme endurance challenges.. What they have put their bodies and minds thro’ to achieve their goal is phenomenal and must be admired by us all.
