Three men and a girl in a boat! Phil Kite, Allan Huntly, Steve Sidaway & Claire Hughes will start their Atlantic Ocean odyssey on 12th December weather permitting!! The Team have all been involved in sport of one sort or another and have come together to take on this huge challenge. With the knowledge that this ocean crossing will take not only physical strength but almost more importantly a mental strength they have been preparing for some time now. It is a gargantuan task but this crew will not waver – they are under no illusions as to how tough it might be! Steve has already been involved with ocean rowing when supporting two friends in the 2015 Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge race. This team’s amazingly colourful boat is named ‘Itsy-Bitsy-Teeny-Weeny-Atlantic Rowing Boat Machiney’ and she will have everyone of a certain generation singing!
